All orders are sent via Australia Post. Before you pay for your order, you are given the opportunity to select either Standard Postage or Express Postage. The price of shipping includes Australia Post shipping charges and your packaging materials.

All orders come with a tracking number for you to stalk your postie! Little Wildflower will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to us as a result of you not collecting your order from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be sent again. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
Processing and Handling
Please allow 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to process, pack and post your order. Once your order has been posted, Australia post can take anywhere between 2 and 20 days for your mail to be delivered within Australia. We cannot accept requests for orders to be processed faster than others. Orders are processed one at a time in the order of when each buyer made their purchase. You can purchase Express Shipping before checking out, though this will not speed up the processing time of your order. Rather the time it takes for Australia Post to deliver your order.

If you are placing multiple orders, we can refund your extra shipping charges. However, it is your responsibility to note down all of your order numbers and email us. In your email you MUST include your full name, delivery address and all order numbers you wish for us to combine within 24 hours of your first order. Failing to do so will result in you paying for multiple orders. If your first order has already been handed over to Australia Post, we can no longer combine your orders. If you wish to have combined orders, it may interfere with your orders being sent out within our 5-7 working day processing period.
